Review the document a thousand times to eliminate unnecessary information.
It will be of no use to you to have thousands of pages if in the end you cannot find the information or data that you urgently need to be able to continue with your marketing actions.
Keep it simple
And I insist again that one of the main characteristics of a brief is simplicity.
Don't use too many technical terms, and if you have to use them, briefly explain what they are about to make the document easier to read.
Understand the process
Try to have an active role in writing the brief. Don't just listen to the client's information: analyse, question and make suggestions.
If you adopt this attitude, you will avoid misinterpretations and wasted time by not understanding what the client wants to convey.

We have already described in detail the characteristics that a good brief should have.
