Triviño is a Professional Member of The Recording Academy and a recipient of the 2023 National Latino Leader award from the National Diversity Council.

He is currently Senior (general market) and Global Latino at TIDAL.

Outside of work, she is the Global President of Diversity & Inclusion at Women In Music, where she works to create sustainable change for women in music at all stages of their careers.
