CONTEXT
Courir wanted to capitalize on their “Friends & Family” Christmas campaign to create a WhatsApp conversational activation. The notion of “Friends & Family” is treated in 2 ways for Courir. 1. Christmas is the best opportunity to get together as a family: the one we grew up with but also the one we chose. 2. In the world of sneakers, “Friends & Family” are aficionados with access to limited and exclusive products. The idea here is to expand the Courir community and create a Courir “Friends & Family” community that has access to exclusive content, experiences and offers. Courir aimed to create a hyper-personalized campaign to help their community find the perfect gifts for their loved ones or simply to treat themselves with an incentive through a competition to win a €500 gift card!
OBJECTIVES: Boost WhatsApp opt-in collection while engaging poland number for whatsapp the Courir community with an engaging Christmas campaign.
SOLUTION
Courir and Sinch capitalized on the success of previous WhatsApp conversations to imagine a fluid and interactive experience where customers could find the perfect Christmas gifts for their loved ones (or themselves).
In order to boost opt-in collection, it was important to drive maximum traffic to WhatsApp. Several media channels were therefore activated: SMS, email, website, Rich SMS trigger and Wallet.
RESULTS
65% of users participated in the competition at the end of the scenario. We once again observed an excellent completion rate of 67% on this campaign which generated a strong enthusiasm from the Courir community (x2.5 traffic on WhatsApp vs N-1).
The top performing media channels are SMS and Email, which represent 90% of traffic.

The results far exceeded expectations as this operation increased the WhatsApp Courir opt-in base by 175%.
